Ventura, officially named San Buenaventura, is the county seat of Ventura County, California along the Pacific coast. This laidback beach community has a population of just over 100,000 residents. Ventura boasts a walkable and charming downtown centered around Main Street, leading down to the oceanfront promenade and Ventura Pier. The city features six unique neighborhoods, each with their own vibe, attractions, parks, dining, and architectural styles spanning Ventura’s history.
Downtown

Parks & Trails
The Betty Olson Trail follows an elevated historic route once used to transport oil down the hillside, now a recreational path with ocean vistas. Views can also be enjoyed from Loma Alta Park overlooking downtown and Pierpont neighborhoods below.
